Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage, oversee, and ensure the successful execution of electrical projects from inception to completion.

2. Analyze and interpret weekly labor reports, project data, and influence field labor effectively.

3. Cultivate long-lasting client relationships by consistently meeting their expectations and providing innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3-15+ years of experience managing electrical projects.

2. Experience with design-build commercial electrical projects is advantageous.

3. Background in managing vertical construction commercial projects.

4. Proficiency in estimating software, preferably McCormick or Accubid.

5. Strong leadership and manpower management skills.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

7. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

8. Professional presentation skills and ability to represent the company positively.
