Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs, and ensuring a positive experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer all functions related to the front desk, including membership sales, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Work cooperatively with fellow employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA.
  • Understand and interpret YMCA policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Deal with emergency situations as they arise, using proper training and skills.

Requirements:

  • 17 years of age
  • Willing to work 10-16 hours per week
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working with computer software programs
  • Strong data entry skills
  • CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
