Job Title: Server

Job Summary:
As a Server at Hideaway Pizza, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This includes embracing the Hideaway Way, executing the Hideaway Service Standards, and presenting yourself in a professional yet fun way.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody the Hideaway Way and internalize our service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through fanatic execution of our service standards and steps of service.
  • Develop a robust understanding of our menu and production processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.
  • Protect the financial interests of yourself and Hideaway Pizza.
  • Create a fun environment for our guests and team members.


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules.
  • Hold and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol, state and county specific.
  • Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
  • Meet physical requirements as dictated by the job, standing (8 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping.
