About the Job

We are looking for a bright and committed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies. You will also collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State.
  • Conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Active BCBA certification and licensed in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation

This is a 1099 contractor position offering competitive pay. Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
