Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
  • Monitor resident response to medication and report any concerns or issues to supervisor
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care planning
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident progress

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
