Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring smooth and effective financial management.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, benefits providers, and insurance companies, ensuring effective financial management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and regulatory reporting, working closely with tax advisors to develop and execute effective tax strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for CPA certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a Financial Controller or Director of Finance role.
  • Proven expertise in financial controlling, industrial accounting, and unit accounting, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing plant controlling.
  • Experience managing relationships with banks, benefits providers, and insurance companies, as well as working with third-party fiduciaries.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in uniting and guiding teams.
  • Regulated industry experience, such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or state-regulated medical/recreational cannabis manufacturing, is highly desirable.
