IT Director

Masis Professional Group is seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead the technology strategy and operations for a prime manufacturing client delivering cold chain solutions to the biopharma industry.

This is a full-time permanent role that requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Advise on and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and financial goals.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Project Management: Direct IT projects from conception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems from internal and external threats.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Lead relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels meet organizational needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced security certifications (CISA, CISM, or similar).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in IT management roles, including leadership positions.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity principles, and compliance requirements.
