At CenterWell Primary Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to seniors, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $203,400 - $299,500, depending on experience and location. This compensation package includes a competitive base salary, bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive, preventive care to seniors through wellness visits, physical exams, and chronic condition management
  • Coordinating patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas (TX)
  • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to the concept of integrated team-based care and value-based care settings
  • Superior patient/customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Basic computer skills, including email and electronic medical records (EMRs)
