Join our team at CenterWell Primary Care as a Physician focused on providing exceptional care to seniors. With a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic disease management, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $203,400 - $299,500, depending on experience and location. This compensation package includes a competitive base salary, bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings to prevent illness and detect potential health issues early
  • Counseling patients on healthy lifestyle choices and developing personalized care plans to manage chronic conditions
  • Collaborating with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas (TX)
  • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to the concept of integrated team-based care and value-based care settings
  • Superior patient/customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Basic computer skills, including email and electronic medical records (EMRs)
