Job OverviewWe're seeking an Outpatient Primary Care Physician to join our team in El Paso, TX. As a member of our care delivery team, you'll be part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.
About the RoleThis is a quality-focused position where you'll typically see 14 to 16 patients per day. You'll be measured and rewarded on the quality of care, not just the volume of patients. Our physicians earn a base salary plus an annual quality bonus, with a target of $50,000.
You'll have strong clinical support, including NPs, PAs, RNs, LVNs, MAs, scribes, nurse educators, case managers, clinic administrators, referral managers, coders, centralized scheduling, nurse advice line, and robust IT.
You'll collaborate with our primary care physicians, hospitalists, and network of employed/contracted sub-specialists.
