About the Role
At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients by leveraging your expertise in Oracle R12 WMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration and optimization of Oracle R12 WMS modules for various clients, including facility setups, order types, pick release rules, WMS picking and putaway rules, LPN management, and item setups.
- Expertise in Oracle MSCA screens and customization, both technically and functionally.
- Addressing functional issues promptly and providing effective resolutions.
- Implementing and optimizing Oracle R12 WMS integrations with other systems.
- Experience with Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
- Troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring data consistency.
- Troubleshooting data corruption issues and working with product vendors for data fixes and permanent fixes.
- Analyzing existing warehouse processes and recommending improvements.
- Providing guidance on best practices for Oracle R12 WMS utilization.
- Conducting training sessions to educate junior team members on Oracle R12 WMS functionality.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who possesses a deep understanding of Oracle R12 WMS and its applications in real-world scenarios. Your strong technical skills, paired with excellent communication abilities, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 WMS implementations and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 WMS, including functional setups, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL development.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT Management, and technical teams.
- Certifications in Oracle R12 WMS or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
