Chief Marketing Officer for Service Contracts

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our Service Contracts business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare marketing in the North American market.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for driving business results through marketing campaigns and programs in support of our larger Service Marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer needs and sales team dynamics, as well as experience in developing new service offers within the context of our Service Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a strong understanding of the portfolio, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for programs and initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service portfolio offers are effectively designed and supported from value proposition creation through launch (including ongoing tracking of success)
- Design and develop marketing and sales enablement programs for our service contracts business; continuously monitor and measure, seek out actionable insights, and take appropriate actions to improve outcomes

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $170,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you'll also receive comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan, health savings account, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
Please note that US work authorization is a precondition of employment, and company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
