Requirements
  • The manager will have prior experience in customer service and managing small teams.
  • Prior P/L responsibility is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.
  • Experience working with HVAC contractors is highly preferred.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Experience using sales and/or inventory software.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be available to work Mon-Fri and some Saturday shifts.
