Requirements- The manager will have prior experience in customer service and managing small teams.
- Prior P/L responsibility is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
- Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.
- Experience working with HVAC contractors is highly preferred.
- Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
- Experience using sales and/or inventory software.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work Mon-Fri and some Saturday shifts.
