Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the branch's profit and expense activity, including sales, inventory, fleet, staffing, and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and manage the branch staff, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, and managing performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance in areas including safety, health/environmental, human resources, and financial/ethical considerations.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and services are performed in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
