New Home Sales Consultant

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Consultant to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating the new home purchase process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell, process, and close homes in accordance with company business plans, focusing on creating satisfied and delighted customers.
- Training and Development: Complete the online Lennar Success University (LSU) Training Suites within 30 days of employment.
- Community Involvement: Participate in division phone banks and events relative to your communities.
- Sales Philosophy: Adhere to the company's selling philosophy when serving home buying customers and realtor customers, utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided.
- Customer Follow-up: Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing, maintaining records of all communication.
- Self-Generated Sales: Travel throughout the local community to self-generate sales from realtor/co-broker businesses, referrals, and self-prospecting.
- Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
- Reporting and Data Management: Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company designated tracking tools, record data regularly, and prepare periodic company reports in a timely manner.
- Homeowner Orientation: Participate in homeowner orientation(s) required by the division, working with customers on their builder option purchases as needed.
- Neighborhood Promotions: Participate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programs.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with the field team for proper maintenance of your Welcome Home Center and Models, secure daily, and attend sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies.
- Escrow Processing: Lead and/or assist in processing complete paperwork to result in escrows closing in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: One (1) year experience in the homebuilding industry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Licenses: Must have a valid real estate license and a valid driver's license.
- Skills: Knowledge of real estate law required, knowledge of construction, mortgage, finance, and escrow processes a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Good communication skills, organized and efficient, positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional, and capable of achieving weekly goals without extensive supervision.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions to homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver's license to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
The base compensation offered for this position is expected to range from an hourly rate of $23.08, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
