Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, exceeding their expectations and driving retention.
  • Process lease applications, verify information, and notify prospective residents of results.
  • Contribute to a friendly and professional office environment by demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
  • Regularly inspect community amenities, model units, and tour paths to ensure quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in Student Housing or Conventional Apartment leasing is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, enthusiasm for marketing and sales, and strong social media skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases is required.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, as well as strong communication and people skills, are necessary.
  • A passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues is a must.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Law and a valid driver's license or reliable transportation are also required.
