Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest service at our busy hotel. Our ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team and is dedicated to providing our customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to promote hotel services and offerings
  • Create a budget to maximize profit margins while balancing costs with guest satisfaction and quality of services
  • Guide department leaders in setting goals, objectives, and action plans
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Establish the hotel's reputation for quality through regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and grounds
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality industry required
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience as hotel manager, assistant manager, or department manager required
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Proven customer service experience as manager; strong guest-focused mentality
