Role: Residential Services Coordinator

The Residential Services Coordinator position focuses on working collaboratively with clients and rehabilitation professionals to cultivate a nurturing residential and recreational setting. Responsibilities include promoting social engagement, developing interpersonal skills, and enhancing self-management capabilities to support personal growth and vocational success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in behavior modification, crisis management, and safety protocols
  • Competencies in needs assessment, program execution, effective communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with individuals with disabilities, foster a supportive atmosphere, and assess safety measures
  • Possession of a valid Virginia Driver's License

Additional Qualifications:

Experience or training in health and human services, particularly with individuals with disabilities, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CTRS, Fitness Instruction) is preferred.
