Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate educator dedicated to fostering the growth of young learners. The Senior Educator will design weekly instructional plans, deliver the educational curriculum, and oversee all daily classroom operations. A deep understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development is essential to create a safe and engaging learning environment where children are motivated to thrive. The Senior Educator must excel in communication with both students and their families.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing and adhering to a structured daily schedule.
  • Customizing the educational program to meet the diverse needs of individual children or groups.
  • Continuously devising creative strategies to keep children actively involved.
  • Facilitating learning through enjoyable and interactive activities.
  • Promoting the social and emotional development of each child.
  • Addressing the physical requirements of individual children or groups.
  • Preparing daily updates for parents.
  • Complying with the policies and regulations of the institution and relevant authorities.

Qualifications
  • Technical College Early Childhood Education Certificate or currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Educational Program.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare environment.
  • Completion of all mandatory annual training.
