About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement pay structures, grades, pay policies, and compensation budgets that promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze jobs through the job evaluation process to ensure internal equity of positions across job families and grade levels.
  • Lead in annual compensation planning process and provide insight regarding salary budgeting, salary structure adjustments, and salary review.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
