Employee Benefits Administrator

MEDPOINT MANAGEMENT is hiring an Employee Benefits Administrator to manage payroll operations for over 800 employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and be proficient in MS-Excel 2013 or higher. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of ADP payroll or Workforce Now and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages for preparation of journal entries
• Perform invoice reconciliation for health insurance
Requirements:
• AA degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required
• 1+ years of payroll processing experience required
• Knowledge of ADP payroll or Workforce Now a plus
Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year
