Responsibilities and Qualifications

As an administrative assistant at Sylvan Learning Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing schedules for center directors and staff
  • Providing exceptional customer service to parents, students, and visitors
  • Managing reception functions, including phone calls and walk-ins
  • Checking-in clients for identity screening services and test proctoring

  • Two years of office experience
  • Proficiency in office software and technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
