Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the daily operations of our ABA company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including administration and support functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an executive leadership role within the healthcare or ABA industry, with a strong track record of operational and financial management.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA therapy practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
