Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to District Managers to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze district performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure District Managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all district operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with District Managers, salon employees, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the salon industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
