As a Senior Service Associate at United Parcel Service Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of contracted services to customers, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability.
- Perform a variety of financial activities, including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives.
- Retain and strengthen customer relationships, which may include face-to-face customer service.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation.
- May provide support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network.
- May operate powered industrial equipment.
- Deliver hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations, following established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely.
- Perform manual work that requires proficiency through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Complete work with a limited degree of supervision and provide guidance to others with less experience.
