Home Health Clinical Manager RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and clients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and business operations.
- Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth referrals and business growth.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Obtain and maintain active CPR certification.
- Associates degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or hospice.
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS.
