Job Summary:The RN Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and leadership functions of our Home Health branch, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee interviewing, hiring, and orientations of staff
- Monitor employee progress and conduct annual evaluations
- Develop and implement staff development programs
- Ensure appropriate staff supervision during service hours
- Meet with supervisors and participate in regional meetings
- Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction surveys
- Manage incident management and issue resolution
- Plan and implement branch growth strategies
- Review financial statements and performance data
- Ensure branch compliance with federal and state regulations
- Associates degree or higher
- Valid RN in the state of application
- Criminal Background check completed and results within Aveanna policy parameters
- Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR
- 2-3 years of leadership, training, and management experience in home health
- General Healthcare experience
- Valid CPR
