In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for buyers, guiding them from initial inquiry to the successful closing of their new home. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to pre-qualified leads, showcasing properties, facilitating negotiations, and ultimately securing the sale of the buyer's ideal residence.
Compensation:$50,000 - $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure a satisfactory transaction for all parties involved.
- Coordinate property showings, conduct open houses, and engage with potential buyers.
- Communicate with pre-qualified leads to understand their preferences and requirements for a home.
- Provide valuable insights to prospective home buyers regarding the local real estate market.
- Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases to facilitate a successful transaction.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel by car.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends is essential.
- Demonstrated success in real estate is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role.
- Completion of screening questions and submission of the DISC profile assessment is required for application consideration.
- Newly licensed agents are welcome to apply.
- Your Real Estate License will be transitioned to our office.
- Your commission income is contingent upon your ability to close transactions and may vary from the stated range.
