Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Extended Stay America. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct a team of employees to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring alignment with budgeted targets.
  • Coordinate with district managers and regional directors to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market, maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • 4-year degree highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $53,000 and $87,000, depending on location and experience.

This role requires frequent travel within the local community and occasional travel from one city to another may be required. The employee must be able to read and speak English fluently and have basic computer skills.
