We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional I to join our team at Evergreen Life Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity.
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy among team members and residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
