Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Lute Riley Honda. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair, communicating with parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required, notifying service advisor immediately if additional work is not needed or required.
  • Document work performed, ensuring that customers' cars are kept clean and shop area is neat and clean.
  • Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned, attending factory-sponsored training classes and keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of on-the-job automotive technician experience.
  • ASE Certification and/or trade school certification.
  • Honda (or multi) brand experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates.
