Job Overview

Schroeders Home Services is seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to lead our plumbing division. As the Responsible Master Plumber, you will oversee the growth and development of our plumbing services, ensuring top-notch quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all plumbing projects, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of plumbers and apprentices to maintain high levels of performance and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the plumbing division, including expanding service offerings and entering new markets.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align plumbing operations with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the procurement of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new plumbing team members.
Requirements
  • Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Plumber, with a strong track record of managing plumbing projects and teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
