About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to lead our plumbing division and drive growth and development. As the Responsible Master Plumber, you will oversee all plumbing projects, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices to maintain high levels of performance and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the plumbing division, including expanding service offerings and entering new markets.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align plumbing operations with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Plumber, with a strong track record of managing plumbing projects and teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
