Estimator Position for US Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking experienced Estimators to join our team in the USA, supporting diverse construction projects and programs across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, with experience working on multiple project phases and a deep understanding of civils, structural and architectural systems.

The successful candidate will develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications, meet and negotiate costs with contractors, and use appropriate estimating tools to produce accurate and timely results. They will also provide input into value engineering, negotiate and approve final accounts, and maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary range of $130K-$190K per year, reflecting a base salary only. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in cost estimating, specifically on the delivery side;
  • Infrastructure project experience is a must;
  • Technical work experience or college degree in Cost Estimating, Construction Management or related field;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based estimating software, e.g. on-screen take-off, Revit;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment;
