We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GroundLevel Construction, Inc. in Concord, CA.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, including data entry, invoice processing, credit applications, and document management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated hourly salary of $32-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Entry: Enter daily invoices into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices from vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Credit Applications: Assist with credit applications and prequalification packages for new vendors.
  4. Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents, including contracts, subcontracts, and insurance certificates.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including filing, copying, scanning, and report printing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or construction-related roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
