Web E-commerce Administrator

The Eastwood Company is seeking a highly skilled Web E-commerce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

• Configure and maintain the e-commerce website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Manage and prioritize business change requests related to Magento 2 administration and content management, working closely with internal and external team members.
• Own and govern quality and consistency standards for the e-commerce site's content and structure, ensuring a professional and engaging user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with CMS-impacting changes and new CMS capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to improve the website's functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain centralized documentation for CMS usage and supporting processes, providing training to user groups as needed.
• Manage data updates and perform bulk data manipulation and transformation as required, formatting flat files for import/export and setting up jobs for regular updates.
• Configure site settings as needed, including stores, shipping, catalog, and cart rules.
• Evaluate and configure custom modules and extensions as needed, coordinating with team members to implement and ensure adoption.
• Support code development by analyzing systems, documenting requirements, and testing site functions.

• Proven experience in Magento e-commerce, with a strong understanding of Magento 2 administration and content management.
• HTML experience with the ability to create and troubleshoot/fix customer content layouts.
• Excel experience with the ability to write macro functions and use scripting to solve data transformation needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Strong documentation and writing skills with the ability to distill complex information for easy user consumption.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify hard requirements and distinguish between wants and assumptive requirements.
• Verbal and spoken communication skills to build strong partnerships and negotiate conflicting requirements.
