  • Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and data to improve user experience, implementing changes to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Web Functionality: Prioritize business requirements and manage code deployments with the development team, ensuring high-quality and efficient website performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality code through code reviews and testing scenarios, enhancing overall website performance and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned and delivered on time.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce product management or a similar role, including leading/supervising others, with experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and user experience design preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Effective team leadership and results.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JIRA) is a plus.
