In this position, you will:
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to implement new functionalities on the Magento eCommerce 2x platform, aimed at improving customer engagement and online sales.
- Develop and maintain Magento modules and templates.
- Diagnose and resolve integration challenges.
- Assess website performance metrics.
- Update website features and ensure security patches are applied.
- Recommend and manage installations and customizations of Magento Commerce shopping cart software.
- Propose enhancements for optimizing the web experience for both customers and staff.
- Provide support for website development using HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Manage Linux-based web servers, including DNS entries, SSL certificates, and other web hosting responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience with the tasks outlined above.
- Proficiency in Magento.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with AWS Linux server administration.
- A background in e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, and A/B testing best practices is advantageous.
- Strong research skills and the ability to apply learned knowledge effectively.
- The capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project management and working within strict timelines.
- A keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills.
Work Environment:
- This position can be performed onsite or remotely.
