Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to assess students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to enhance students' communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to aid student advancement and academic objectives.
  • Maintain precise records of student progress and therapy results.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Hold Connecticut state licensure or be eligible for licensure.
  • Have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children is advantageous.

Position Details:
This is a temporary, full-time position for the duration of the summer school program.
