Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a lifestyle community that includes single-family homes, townhouses, and commercial residential properties.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to Board members for effective governance.
  • Ensure management services align with the stipulations of the management agreement.
  • Assist Board members and homeowners in resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Manage financial operations, including invoice approvals, reserve study updates, and monthly financial statement reviews for accuracy.
  • Prepare preliminary budgets for the community.
  • Conduct site evaluations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and submit vendor proposals and service contracts.
  • Participate in association meetings, including annual and Board meetings.
  • Compile and prepare Board packets, agendas, and schedules for both regular and special meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with Board members, homeowners, and vendors through various channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of governing documents, state laws, and local regulations pertinent to each community.
  • Oversee all facets of the client relationship to promote satisfaction and retention.

Physical Requirements:

The position requires various physical activities, including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in community association management.
  • CMCA and AMS certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with TOPS One management software is preferred.
