Key Responsibilities

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the complete maintenance of our aircraft and proficiently troubleshoot our fleet, including various models. Your duties will include:
  • Diagnosing issues across all aircraft systems
  • Making timely and critical decisions regarding aircraft safety
  • Performing all line maintenance tasks independently
  • Managing all maintenance documentation and records
Essential Qualifications
  • Compliance with all FAA and safety regulations
  • Possession of a valid FAA A&P Certificate
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Good judgment in teamwork and aircraft maintenance safety
  • Preferred: Experience with CRJ and EMB aircraft
  • Preferred: Familiarity with company and manufacturer manuals
Physical and Additional Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
