The District Sales Manager is a key role within Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across a portfolio of stores. This seasonal position requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in a multi-store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned stores
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Manage store expenses, inventory, and shrinkage to ensure optimal profitability
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Proven track record of sales growth and profitability in a multi-store environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
