Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Risk Manager RN to join our team at Providence Oregon Regional Shared Services. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks to patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks to patient safety and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address clinical risk topics and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on risk management and quality improvement best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce medical errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
