Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the creation and execution of North America-focused marketing and development strategies, encompassing market positioning, pricing strategy, promotions, and expansion efforts. They will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure market competitiveness.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue in the cruise division.
  • Lead the cruise department's strategic goals, with a focus on setting and meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize product operations and enhance brand competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in cruise or travel management, or a similar leadership role within the travel industry.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, exceptional communication and coordination abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong learning agility, proactivity, accountability, and integrity. Must have a knack for innovation and the ability to adapt swiftly to change.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
