Family Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Personal Assistant to join our team at The Help Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide versatile support to the family, assisting with household management, child-related tasks, and daily logistics.
  • Manage the family's schedule and organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient household operation.
  • Assist with bill pay and financial management, as well as plan and manage various tasks and projects.
  • Support the family's business needs, working from home and requiring strong technical skills, including macOS, iOS, Excel, and calendar management.
  • Be a hands-on and proactive individual, willing to take on various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask efficiently.
  • Be a positive and child-friendly individual, respectful of the family's four children and their needs.
  • Have a dog-friendly attitude, as the family has a small, loving, hypoallergenic dog.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a family personal assistant with excellent references.
  • Long-term commitment to the role, with a focus on mutual respect and a positive work relationship.
  • Ability to drive and travel, if necessary.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in macOS, iOS, Excel, and calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
