As a member of our Future Leaders Internship Program, you'll have the opportunity to put classroom theory into practice while bolstering your resume and professional network. You'll work on assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools, and troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loads system-level controller software.
  • Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices.
  • Keeps management informed of job progress and issues.
  • Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
  • Completes administrative tasks including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
  • Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.

What We Look For

We're looking for a candidate who is currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university or in a relevant technical school or community college program. You should be pursuing a degree in Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree or equivalent and have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. is also required.
