About the Role

As a Pest Control Technician at HomeTeam Pest Defense, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners while working on your assigned route. This role requires a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform. You will also be expected to discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired. Additionally, you will maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly. Your responsibilities will also include submitting legible, accurate service tickets to office staff and staying motivated and focused while working independently. Occasionally, you may be required to work Saturdays to finish out the week's route.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, and safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. You must also meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations. You will be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
