Customer Acquisition Representative

Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through door-to-door canvassing and serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. Your main objective will be to identify window and door issues and generate leads for the Sales Team. This is an opportunity to work independently in a positive team environment, learn from industry experts, and achieve above-average income.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate conversations with potential customers in the field to identify window and door issues
- Work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic environment to meet sales metrics
- Maximize bonus opportunities through goal-oriented work ethic and consistent achievement of sales targets
- Receive coaching, strive for improvement, and consistently achieve sales goals
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) to effectively engage with customers

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to manage sales data and reports
