In this role, you will collaborate across functions within Operations and geographical locations to define equipment/tool requirements, design, produce/procure, and validate equipment, and manage optimization and cost-reduction initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and generating product/fixture designs in Solidworks and AutoCAD.
  • Experiencing prototyping and implementation, managing and delivering projects with accelerated schedules.
  • Using industry Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, Fishbone/Cause-Effect, or CAPA methodology, and Quality-Statistical tools like PFMEA and statistical techniques such as control charting, pareto, or histograms.
