The Panther Group seeks a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the production team, this individual will be responsible for assembling complex medical devices, working closely with project leads and engineers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Efficiently and effectively assemble complex medical devices
  • Produce high-quality products with minimal scrap and rework
  • Accurately record quality assurance data and communicate any issues to the project team
  • Conduct thorough inspections of components, assemblies, and finished goods
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Support operator training and development
  • Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic measurement tool and hand tool proficiency
  • Catheter assembly experience required
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with laser welding and catheter processing equipment

Physical Demands:


Standing and walking for short periods, with frequent use of a microscope
